Fantastic Location and Helpful Staff

superb location friendly staff breakfast view

The location was superb, very close to Koutoubia Mosque and Jemaa el-Fna Square. The staff was friendly and polite, they provided great service. I enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace a lot. It had amazing views of the Mosque.

The noise from the street was noticeable because the windows are single-paned, making it hard to sleep some nights.

The staff helped me get a taxi and negotiate the price with the driver, which I appreciated. Talib gave me a fantastic room, and Mouhidime helped me store my luggage securely, thanks to both of them

i enjoyed the proximity to local attractions. the breakfast buffet offered a nice selection of pastries and coffee. the rooftop terrace provided fine views.. especially at sunset. the 24-hour reception was very convenient for late arrivals and early departures.

the hallway lighting was somewhat dim at times, making it a little difficult to navigate in the evenings.

The staff was attentive and helpful with directions. they promptly addressed any questions that arose . i appreciated their assistance in arranging transportation to the airport. They ensured a smooth departure.

Excellent Location, Helpful Staff

helpful staff convenient location

The location is really good, near main attractions. The staff, particularly Talib, provided really good service. He arranged dinner and a show with transport, very helpful. Mouhidime also assisted with luggage storage and did a very good job.

The initial room had a noticeable cigarette smoke smell. I switched rooms, but the replacement had a worse bathroom odor. It was late and raining, so I did not want to change hotels.

My room included a comfortable bed and a hot water shower. The water pressure was very good. I had no issues with lighting inside the room.

Breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace. The breakfast includes bread and ham with coffee, acceptable. I had no issues with its provision. A greater selection of fruit could greatly improve the variety.

The reception is available 24 hours. I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. They are very helpful. The hotel offers currency exchange services. I found this to be very convenient.

Barely Acceptable Stay

shower curtain constant noise

The location was acceptable since it was close to many attractions.

I did not enjoy my time at this hotel. The room looked pretty old, and the shower only had a curtain that resulted with the entire bathroom floor getting wet. The noise was terrible. Music blasted until late hours, and sounds echoed throughout the stone hallways.
